![]() For the garnish, skewer two maraschino cherries and a fresh mint on a decorative skewer or toothpick. Add two tablespoons of mint syrup and stir until combined. Pour 1/2 cup of the lemonade and 1/2 cup of the club soda into the glass. To make the mint juleps, fill a highball glass with ice. Store any extra mint syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a month. Cover and let cool in the refrigerator until it reaches room temperature. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and into a heat-safe bowl. Let cook for one minute and then remove the mixture from the heat. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. This recipe will leave you with a bit extra, which you can use to make more drinks or you can add it to other baked goods. For these mint juleps, I made my own mint syrup, but you could also use a pre-made syrup, like the one made by Monin. Typically mint juleps include bourbon, but since these are made like the ones in Disneyland, they’re alcohol free. The main ingredients in these mint juleps are mint syrup, lemonade, and club soda. ![]() They’re perfect with a warm Mickey beignet! 2 tablespoons of lime concentrate is double what the original recipe had but is way better.
